This policy explains what we collect when you use WeBuildYours, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Your brief. The answers, links, and files you submit in the intake form, so our team can build your project.
• Contact details. Your name and email, used for sign-in links and project updates.
• Payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Handoff credentials. Login details we create for your delivered project are stored encrypted and shown only to you in your dashboard.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your project content to market to anyone.
• We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

How long we keep it

Project records stay while your account is active so you can come back for revisions and support. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Third parties we rely on

Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional messages, and our hosting infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion by emailing [email protected].
