Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a project or subscription from WeBuildYours. We wrote them to be readable. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you order.

1. What we sell

We build websites, web apps, and automations at fixed prices, delivered in the timeframe shown on your order. The work is performed by our team of experts using modern tooling. Timelines are business days and start when we have your payment and a complete brief.

2. Scope

Each tier covers what its pricing card describes. Landing Page covers one page. Full Website covers 3 to 6 pages. Web App projects start at $999 and are scoped individually: after you submit your brief, we confirm exactly what is included before the build starts. Anything beyond the confirmed scope is quoted separately, in writing, before any extra work happens. Native mobile apps, custom machine learning models, and large marketplaces are outside our fixed price tiers.

3. Revisions

Every project includes 2 revision rounds. A round is one batch of change requests submitted together through your dashboard. Additional rounds cost $39 each. Revisions cover adjustments to the delivered work, not new scope.

4. Refunds

Full refund any time before work starts. 50% refund once the build is in progress. After delivery, the work is yours and refunds no longer apply. Care Plan payments are not refundable once a monthly period has started, but you can cancel future renewals any time.

5. Care Plan

The Care Plan is a monthly subscription covering hosting, security updates, backups, and small monthly changes (up to two hours of work per month). It renews automatically each month and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, we hand over everything needed to move your site elsewhere.

6. Ownership

Once your project is delivered and paid for, you own the deliverables: design, code, and content we produced for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the rights to any content, images, or branding you give us, and that your project is lawful. You are responsible for reviewing the work during the review stage.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is capped at the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by third party services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is published on this page.
